What does this PR do?

Fix issue #8822. @shrn01 Please review. I would take back the previous PRs

@shrn01 I am following up this issue? Can you please ask some bengali member of the organization to check it? If this gets merged I would start working on the code of conduct.

Hey @Akash190104 you can add the code of conduct and update the same PR, or you can create a new branch and add code_of_conduct there and raise a new PR
