Adding Header & Footer

The website does not have a Header or Footer, I would love to work on creating a header and footer. I'm proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and would love to contribute by designing the header and footer

@eshellman I think by adding a header, the web application enhances the user experience . When they click on any component in the navigation bar, the page moves to the particular section like a landing page. Please let me know your thoughts on this!!
