PWI working for everyone except one player (perms tested)

Describe the bug PerWorldInventory is working for everyone with the default permissions rank except one player.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have players using your server
2. Have a new player join your server
3. You want to give him a new world
4. Create the world and add it in the PWI config
5. Reload PWI config
6. PWI is now working for everyone correctly except that one player

Expected behavior Adventure mode in lobby, creative mode in creative world, etc... (this is working for like 2 worlds, the other worlds all share the same inventory)

Plugin version

• PWI version 2.2.2 (not legacy)

Server version Paper version git-Paper-521 (Minecraft 1.13.2 with API implementation 1.13.2-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)
