Finish MultiInv converter

Figure out why it only gets some world inventories, but not others.

@Gnat008 This issue is literally the only thing holding me back from using your plugin. I am very unhappy with MultiInv, but I can't just stop using it now! I would LOVE to switch to PerWorldInventory but I can't until you finish this... anything I can help with?

Hi, My friends and I had a server that used MultiInv for some time, which had two world groups (main creative, old survival). I gave the main creative world to another friend, and then he set it back up with a new separate survival world... but it was set up with PerWorldInventory. Now I want to combine the three world groups back together (creative main, old survival, new survival), but I can't because there's no way I can convert from MultiInv to PerWorldInventory. So I really wish you could work on the converter quickly... Thanks!!
