Incompatibility with PremiumVanish

This issue is because of PremiumVanish's method of silently opening & closing a chest. It sets a player in Gm 3 right before they open a chest so its opening without making any animation or noise.
The author of PremiumVanish suggested i should go your guys.
I enabled in the config per gamemode inventories, and can't switch this off (my server is using that option lol)
Does this only occur when you're in the Creative game mode? Could possibly be caused by PWI lumping creative and spectator together.
uhm this is done in survival mode - We switched from a creative world -> survival & opened a chest while being set in gamemode 3 real quick to silently open it.
Im suggesting a config option to disable perGamemodeInventories for certain gamemodes, such as spectator as it doesn't really matter to have a different inventory in spectator mode.
We will perform some tests regarding this issue and hopefully our Kotlin rewrite version of PWI will fix this bug.
