Inventory Reverts To Past Save/Inventories Double Or Loss When Switching Worlds/Gamemodes

I'm having several issues with this plugin. (No errors in the console). I am using the default config files.

Here are my issues:

• (Always) When I restart my server, players' inventories get reverted to past inventories (from previous days).
• (Sometimes) When you switch worlds, then switch back to the original, your inventory doubles.
• (Sometimes) When you switch worlds, then switch back to the original, your inventory is completely lost.
• (Sometimes) When you switch gamemodes in one world, your inventory from the first gamemode transfers over to the second gamemode.
• (Sometimes) When you log out in the creative gamemode, then log back in, you are in survival, with the same inventory.

Is anyone else having these issues? Is there a way to fix this? This plugin has become very hard to use. If these issues don't get fixed, I'll have to switch back to MultiInv, which doesn't save spawner/spawn egg data.
