No inventory's per world, while everything is configured correctly

Got the latest version of Per World Inventory's, I configured everything right and still I can have multiple inventory's per world... please help

use multiverse inventorys plugin and then convert it /pwi convert multiverse

Um. Randomly trying to convert won't do anything for him. Especially if this is on a fresh server...
