Server crash importing from Multiverse Inventories

Hello!

Hosted Spigot 1.10.2 server crashing when importing from Multiverse Inventories. The entire log is at the link below. I also tried the import using 1.7.10 and same results. Directories and files are created in the PWI directory but it's unknown if the process completes before the crash.

Edit: Thinking this may be a source data problem I'm going to:

1. Delete any Multiverse Inventory files older than 1/1/15
2. See if I can do the import in stages (players only, then one world at a time).

If I discover that the Multiverse Inventory files are the problem, I'm happy to zip them up and provide them. We've had server crashes over the years (surprise!) and it may simply be a partial or "corrupt" file.
