Economy separator malfunctioning

Per World Inventory version: 1.7.5 EssentialsX version: 2.0.1 b427 Spigot version: 1.9.4

It seems that the economy separator function is presenting some issues... Here's all the information I managed to gather on it:

• Economy separation does not occur inmediately after being configured and reloading the plugin, but rather only when the server is restarted.
• Once balances are separated, they are always separated, no matter the boolean established, plugin reloads, or server reloads. (I am not sure about new users though. If this information is needed I will find out.)

POSSIBLY NON PWI CAUSED ISSUES: (May have more to do with essentials)

• Balances increase or are randomly adjudicated. Not sure which of both, but the balances go crazy basically, usually in following situations:
  • The player travels from one world to another.
  • The player logs out.
  • The player gives money to himself, or to another player which later logs out or changes world.
  • The player buys something from a buy sign. (On my server players can only buy emeralds.)
  • Possibly any ammount of previous cases combinated in any order. I think the glitchy economy separation may have something to do with the previous issues, I haven't tested this without any separated balances however (Please ask if this information is needed).

That's all I know for now, please ask if you need any more info or testing. Keep in mind I am avoiding updates untill I update the whole server to 1.10.2, for security reasons, however If you strongly suggest it, I can update to your newer versions (Which I have seen have more debugging tools).

The economy stuff has been confounding me since its inception. I think I'm going to have to add some more debugging output to figure out what the heck is going on.

At the moment, I couldn't reproduce the first two points of this issue locally :/ idk why...
