We are a community of volunteers who contribute code, documentation, and support in our free time. We welcome constructive bug reports, feature suggestions, and honest critiques. We understand that frustration can arise, and we’re here to help.

💬 You can be critical — but don’t be cruel. You can be urgent — but don’t be demanding.
We do not tolerate:
- Commanding language (e.g., “Fix this now,” “You must…”)
- Hostile tone, personal attacks, or condescending remarks
- Demands for immediate fixes or “urgent” responses
- Treating maintainers as customer service staff
Instead, try communicating like this:
✅ “I encountered an issue where… here’s what I tried…”
✅ “It would be really helpful if this feature supported…”
✅ “I followed the docs but got X error — am I doing something wrong?”
✅ “Thanks so much for your work — I know this isn’t easy!”

- Take every valid report seriously
- Respond as quickly as we can (though we can’t guarantee instant replies)
- Maintain an open, inclusive, and patient environment
