Maniac: Get Save Info - Tint, Flash and Shake flags for the pictures are reversed

Pictures retrieved from the Get Save Info command seem to be set by Maniac as Affected by Tint, but Not Affected by Flash and Shake, while EasyRPG does the opposite. (what Maniac does seems to be the opposite of the default settings when creating a Show Picture command in the editor, so this feature may be a bug on its own).
