Resetting a game from the load screen of the title screen will prevent the music of the title screen from being played

Describe the issue in detail and how to reproduce it:

When resetting a game while on the load screen of the title screen (by holding F12), the music that should play on the title screen will fade out and will not resume. This does not seem to occur while on the load screen available with the command in the English 2k3.
