Change Battle Command behaves incorrectly
One obvious flaw (reported via chat) is that the battle commands are sorted. This is totally wrong and is fixed (soon).
Though there appear to be multiple other minor things that behave different to RPG_RT.

As far as I know this is fixed since the merge of #2715. Or is there something still missing?
There are more subtile bugs in the event command that I did not reoslve yet (And also not documented yet ^^)
My bad, after re-reading the OP I noticed myself that there are more things broken besides of the sorting bug.
Reported by PictoGuy on Rmarchiv Discord: "Hello. So I was playing Super Mario RPG The seven sages. But at one moment, something strange happened in the game. When I triggered a battle, I saw that Luigi's actions were completely mixed up compared to Mario's actions. You can see the difference in these screenshots." Player version: 0.7.0
