Command for giving SFTP access

If we want to configure SFTP on EE4, currently the following needs to be done manually. A command can be created to automate this.

The command cover the following:

• [ ] Add/Remove site's SFTP access.
• [ ] List, update/reset password.
• [ ] Take inputs such as which directories to include in SFTP for a particular site (CI/CD current folder compatible)
• [ ] Select port for SFTP
• [ ] Multiple SFTP users for the same site
