Support viewing links in metadata

Description

As a governance, risk and compliance author, I want to view links in regard to metadata. I want this ability to be re-usable in other contexts.

Acceptance Criteria

• The metadata's link element [0 to ∞] can be viewed properly with it's respective properties, including:
  • href [1]
  • rel [0 or 1]
  • media-type [0 or 1]
  • remarks [0 or 1]
• Capability should be created such that it can be re-used in other contexts.
