View metadata locations in other contexts than `metadata/locations`

Description

As a governance, risk, and compliance author, I would like the ability to view locations in other contexts of the metadata locations element.

Acceptance Criteria

• Viewing support is made available to editing a location underneath telephone-number in parties.

This is ideally handled after completing support for viewing/editing/persisting locations, as that support will likely be reusable for this issue.
