Description

As a catalog author, I want to edit links in regard to metadata.

Acceptance Criteria

• For metadata's link element, the following fields can be edited using the library:
  • href (uri-reference)
  • rel (token)
  • media-type (string)
  • Additionally, [0, 1] remarks are supported - if a remark component already exists, it may be able to be reused here
