利用ActiveX控件来在网页端播放失败

已经按插件说明成功使用reg.bat注册了插件，但是利用bin目录下的Demo html页面进行测试，还是无法再网页端里播放RTSP视频流，请问是什么原因呢？我用的是IE浏览器打开的
