Allow FormFactory::createFiltersForm to be submitted as POST

Short description of what this feature will allow to do: There is a case when I want to re-use EA QueryBuilder and Filters but I have a POST form.

Example of how to use this feature Feature is quite, easy just allow ANY HTTP method, or just GET and POST
