[Suggestion] Use custom prefix

It would be really cool if it's possible to customize the prefix c from any command, because sometimes there's a conflict btwn the server and the client, and the command that has the same name on the server is unusable...

Also, just by typing /c, you can't quickly found available command from client command...

And if this is accepted, could you rename class of command to normalize them ? Some start with the prefix, some don't...

Only ones that would otherwise share the name of an already existing vanilla command have a C before them.

I personally like the idea, I'd have to ask @Earthcomputer for his opinion though. I believe this has been brought up before.
