Chunk downloader

Please add a command to download all chunks in renderdistance to a new world with a specified name. I think many people would benefit from this. Maybe something like /ccdl <name> Thanks!

the downloaded chunks could be saved as a singleplayerworld so u can download a really big area easily

Edit: I prefer /ccdl cuz the shorter the commands, the faster to write

I want this to be somewhat feature rich too. The only actually good and flexible map downloader uses liteloader, which is a bit annoying
