[Bug] Haste 8 cant be bought or sold using shops

Shops that sell Haste 8 will not allow you to purchase, and you can also not create new ones.

To Reproduce

Use a shop to buy haste 8 or try to create a new shop and sell it

Expected behavior

Shop wont let you buy/sell

Not only Haste8, but also all non-vanilla potion (Haste2, Absorp2 etc) shops are not able to be created. This has been occurring since the 1.21.4 update.

We fixed a similar issue that will be fixed next server restart, we suspect this will probably be fixed too. If not its on our radar and we will fix it soon.

The Name of Haste 8 Pots has changed. NEW Haste 8 Pots can be sold freely. The bulk selling only doesn't work for Pots made before whenever that change was made.

Newly-made Haste 8 behaves as expected. It is expected that old Haste 8 behaves that way...

This also affects Brewing with old Haste 2.

Also worth noting that haste 8 is not working as intended when used. Deepslate no longer insta breaks like it should.

You need efficiency 5 pickaxe along with the haste 8
