[Bug] Overeager antiblockglitch setback when looking down

Describe the bug

When breaking a block while looking down, the AntiBlockGlitch plugin is being triggered to teleport the user back to their previous location (x) ticks. This event doesn't need to fire off for AntiBlockGlitch.

To Reproduce

Step 1. Break a block while looking down Step 2. Notice you get teleported back.

Expected behavior

You should just be able to freely break blocks while looking down. If not, there should be limited to type of blocks. For example, I had this issue while axing a big spruce tree.

This is a result of the antiblockglitch plugin
