[Feature] Allow the custom craft of end items

The end has lots of useful items such as shulker shells allow with many useful building blocks

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like for players either to be able to craft end items (these can be expensive requiring many steps) or add the end back but remove the parts you don't want (reasons you disabled it in the first place).

End Rods, End Stone, and Purpur have custom recipes. Shulker Boxes and Elytra are unwanted.

Didn't realise that they were craftable and understand elytras why not shulker boxes though?

shulker boxes aren't in the server intentionally since they can make duping (when it does happen) 27x more efficient

Shulkers are not planned to be added to EMC due to potential issues tracking with CoreProtect, and other concerns
