Unable to get content - Breadcrumps

Hi Team,

We have configured Eadesign Breadcrumbs extension in a site.For all the categories it is working fine, but for some products which we are trying to access directly without categories like "https://www.mysite.com/product-url.html" is showing an error like below in exception log while hitting that particular URL,

Kindly help us to resolve the issue.
