How about using YACL for config screen

imho, YACL isn't an ideal option for ThatOrThis or Mod Sets because it has hard dependencies to the Minecraft versions. Moreover, YACL does not even have direct compatibility, and its developer don't support older versions. ThatOrThis config GUI was version-independent, as the entire mod itself, so switching to the YACL will result in the need to regularly update the mod to support the latest version of the library.
