Prefill evidence box on One Click Ban

Hi, I love the mod.

I don't know if this is just me going crazy but I think my evidence box (when submitting to stopforumspam) used to have a prefilled value with log extracts, making submitting a cinch. The mod has stopped doing it for me and I have to actually go into the spam log and copy and paste it into the box manually.

Now, this might also never have been a feature, and I just dreamed it up. But nevertheless it's a good feature.

If you one click ban someone from a post on view topic, it should prefill the messages with the post content (I think). If you do it from their profile it does not have any data.
