Web browser does not work

Whenever i try to open the default web browser, it shows me this "Input/Output Error" And i can't download anything like firefox, help?

Sudo apt install Firefox-esr

Getting this error:

Package firefox-esr is not available, but is referred to by another package. This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or is only available from another source

E: Package 'firefox-esr' has no installation candidate

Here's my lsb_release -a Distributor ID: Ubuntu Description: Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS Release: 22.04 Codename: jammy

Please help!
