I am unable to start the VNC server connection after installing XFCE in Ubuntu

It appears that the WGET command is unable to retrieve the vncserver-start and stop command files. This is because you need to add a --no-check-certificate to the wget commands so that it will not cause an error. Since this command is run automatically from the main command that installs a desktop, I cannot do this myself, so I currently cannot use the desktop.

Hi, i have solved this issue by disabling any vpn or interception proxy. My adguard was interfering with termux connections.

I'm having this issue, but might be wget not liking my mobile data Edit:I just ran the lines installing needed files myself, with --no-check-certificate added, you should not do this unless strictly necessary, as certificates exist for a reason
