Include a solution's spelling_exclusions_path file for ignoring words.

Hey EWSoftware!

If at all possible, it would awesome if VSSpellChecker could get the value from a solutions/projects .editorconfig:/spelling_exclusions_path and use that file's values as ignored words.

As a non-extension developer, I have no idea if that is even possible, but thought it worth the ask.
