Character view shows one character more per line than the hex view

Using 0.24 Beta for Linux, installed on Ubuntu 20.10 using apt, and the latest version, 0.25 beta compiled from git source.

The character view consistently shows one extra character per line, making it hard to quickly match the text view with the hex view, and it leaves many empty lines at the end of the page on screen.

The screenshots show when the column setting is set to 4 columns. The hex view correctly shows 4 columns, but the character view shows 5 columns. The same happens for all settings of "bytes per line limit".

Hi, In my Arch linux, everything looks ok. THis might be something related with FONTS.
