Feature Request: distinguish between first party urls for classification of cookies/beacons and random browsing

To better control the browsing of random web pages with --max, it could be interesting to allow the definition of first party URIs ( --first-party-uri) for the sake of cookie/beacon classification, but not for the browsing.

At the moment, all first-party URIs found on the first page may be selected for browsing.
