Feature Request: visit first web page twice to catch more cookies

The EDPS has received a proposition per email. Web trackers may change behaviour on the second visit and for this reason, the tool should also check a web page twice.

There is a speed trade-off here to make. So far, the tool already supports with its option --max or -m to scan more than one web page, though no page is visited twice. Especially when only one page is scanned (default behaviour when --max is not set), it may be useful to visit the given page twice. However, with a high value for --max, the scan can take twice as long when all pages are visited twice.
