HW fails from command line

If you have a Ledger backed account and try to create transaction from command line, it asks for a password and then fails with:

Enter passphrase:

[ERROR]	Command execution error: Invalid crypto section: HD Wallet crypto used instead of normal

@splix Is it possible to reproduce without a Ledger?

I guess so. You can't test whole scenario w/o ledger, but you can reproduce a bug itself
