Node not picking up beacon after node update

All of my nodes are using firmware v3.1.1 and they were working perfectly. On one of the node pages in Home Assistant I accidentally clicked the "update" button. It updated the firmware to v3.3.5 and now my beacon is getting picked up. I checked MQTT Explorer and it shows that the node can see the beacon but Home Assistant doesn't say the node is in that room. How do I fix this?
