Produce use case as demonstrating driver for using SWEET

This issue will involve the production of a wiki page demonstrating clear usage of SWEET as a resource which feeds into a larger system or system of systems e.g. use of semantics within search engines as demonstrated within our community generated Semantic Technologies Group Semantic Repository Implementation (SRI) Use Cases & Requirements (UCR).
