@ashepherd This issue on guidance for @id is targeted at the 1.0 release, which is already completed. Is it done and just needs to be closed, or should we move it to milestone v1.2?

@charlesvardeman mentioned some work at US2TS 2020 surrounding RDF 1.2 and how to construct URIs. @lewismc any input here?
