FATES PRT2 test failing on izumi_nag

This fates test has been failing on Izumi for a while now...

ERS_D_Ld30.f45_f45_mg37.I2000Clm50FatesCruRsGs.izumi_nag.clm-FatesColdPRT2

CTSM version you are using: ctsm5.3.045-187-gbc3d04ff4

Does this bug cause significantly incorrect results in the model's science? No

Configurations affected: Fates with fates_parteh_mode = 2

It's failing with a wallclock limit

I'm trying with a longer wallclock limit

I didn't find a case where it passed back to ctsm5.2.029

@ekluzek will start an issue about having to remove FATES_ERROR_EL from fates namelists.

This is still (again?) happening for me in the fates-sci.1.88.0_api.42.0.0-ctsm5.4.001 baseline.

This is marked EXPECTED from what I see in my last baseline fates-sci.1.88.0_api.42.0.0-ctsm5.4.000:
