Support needed for ne16np4 in addition to ne16np4.pg3?

In the Grids for CESM3 document:

We list support for ne16np4.pg3 -- but NOT ne16np4. However, right now CAM has at least one test for plain ne16

@cacraigucar could this test be changed to ne16pg3 in CAM? Or should we add support for it and update the Grids spreadsheet?

@fvitt - This is a WACCM test, so you will need to let us know if there was something special about this grid or not.

Both of those grids are listed in the CESM3 doc. So I am confused.

@fvitt they are both listed for 1850 and 2000, but only ne30np4.pg3 for transient. We're happy to add it if it's needed, just want you to think about and exclude it if it's not needed.

CAM will address this by changing the test, and I've created an issue there for that. So closing this as a wontfix.
