History variables for irrigation sources are output by default but not irrigation fluxes

Brief summary of bug

QIRRIG_FROM_GW_CONFINED, QIRRIG_FROM_GW_UNCONFINED, and QIRRIG_FROM_SURFACE are output by default, however, QIRRIG_DRIP and QIRRIG_SPRINKLER are inactive by default. It seems like there should be some control on this by namelist variables (e.g., whether irrigation is on or whether method is drip or sprinkler, etc.)
