Monthly length ERS test needs to change to 396 days

The test

ERS_Lm13_P32.f10_f10_mg37.I1850Clm50SpG.derecho_nvhpc

in the aux_cmeps testlist needs to change to use a period of days rather than months, because of recent changes in the ER system testing code.
