Add calculation and export of fluxes (e.g., wind stress) to the wave component

I am working on building a simplified wave component for use in CESM (TheoryWaves), but the formulation requires wind stress (e.g., Faox_taux and Faox_tauy). At present, CMEPS does not support calculating and passing fluxes to the wave component. Would it be possible to add that functionality? Thanks!
