Delete compset names for old CAM6 configurations for CAM7 release

What is the feature/what would you like to discuss?

Compset names like F2000climo and FHIST should most likely be renamed to allow for older CAM6 configurations, but to not have users mistakenly run expecting to get CAM7.

Examples of compset names which should be renamed: F2000climo FHIST

Remove FHIST F2000climo, etc and only have FLTHIST, etc.
