remove RRTMGP warnings from outputting every time-step

Issue Description

The recent deluge of RRTMGP fixes for the top level pressure issue includes a warning every time-step, and needs to be removed. This is from a FHISTC_LTso run using the latest tag cam6_4_120. Hoping we can slip this into a misc tag.

@adamrher - I spoke briefly with @peverwhee and it is slightly more complicated than just removing a write statement. It is more appropriate for her to bring it into her RRTMGP PR and we not have it in the upcoming misc tag PR
