What is the feature/what would you like to discuss?

This feature will add the ability to apply scale-selective filtering to applied nudging tendencies. This provides a methodology to constrain large-scale motions which evolve over longer time scales without corrupting the small scale convective parameterizations/processes of the model. Utilizing spherical harmonic amplitudes computed from unstructured grid point values, the applied nudging is independent of grid resolution. Thus, for example, equivalent large-scale nudging can be applied to grids with different refined resolution domains.
