What is the feature/what would you like to discuss?

Merge latest CLUBB+MF code to cam_development.

I spoke with @Katetc about how this may effect her current efforts ccpp'izing clubb (https://github.com/ESCOMP/CAM/issues/1263), and we discussed the possibility of making a duplicate clubb_intr.F90 interface in src/physics/cam7/ that would resolve this issue while she continues to work on a 'slimmed down' version of clubb_intr.F90 intended for ccpp. We should discuss this as a group at the next AMP SE WG mtg.
