Partial trace does not support tracing out only some subsystems

The current partial trace implementation only allows the user to retain a single subsystem, tracing out everything else. i.e. It is currently not possible to go from $\rho=\rho_{ABC}$ to $\rho_{AB}=tr_C(\rho_{ABC})$.
