NPC mez on a PC

Parsed some behavior that we do not do correctly. This is what should happen when an NPC casts mez on a PC: 1.) PC should have its hate list wiped 2.) NPCs should not attack the PC until mez is gone. Mobs should act like the PC is not even there when the PC is mezzed around NPCs. Once mez drops, then NPCs will attack again if the PC is in range. 3.) I noticed that 2 mez spells cast by 2 different NPCs will not both land. Only 1 will land. The second mez leaves no message that we can see. (Is this to possibly prevent a situation where a PC could be perma mezzed somehow?)

A good encounter that I found to look at this behavior on live is Valdoon Kel`Novar in LDoN Raid: Mistmoore Catacombs: Struggles within the Progeny . He casts the spell:

Seneschal's Petrification

Slot | Description 1: | Mesmerize (2) Resist Adjust: | -1000

Even with the named and adds on me, they do not break the mez on my characters
