pets continue to attack after you mesmerized an npc

The issue and way to replicate is to have a pet attacking an NPC, then mesmerize that NPC, and your pet continues to attack it. It should not. It should give the same message as when you attempt to have your pet attack an already mesmerized NPC.

The scenarios on PEQ: 1.) You mesmerize an NPC, which your pet is not attacking, not on hate list, etc, then you tell your pet to attack that mesmerized NPC, he will not. (Working correctly) 2.) You tell your pet to attack an NPC which is not mesmerized, your pet is fighting that NPC, then you cast mesmerize on that NPC, your pet will break the mesmerize. (incorrect)

This log shows how number 2 is supposed to work from live logs [Tue Dec 10 09:01:22 2019] A sylvan bat told you, 'Attacking a black wolf Master.' [Tue Dec 10 09:01:22 2019] A sylvan bat bites a black wolf for 6 points of damage. (i cast mez in between here and my pet will not wake the mob) [Tue Dec 10 09:01:22 2019] A black wolf tries to bite YOU, but misses! [Tue Dec 10 09:01:25 2019] A black wolf tries to bite YOU, but misses! [Tue Dec 10 09:01:25 2019] A black wolf tries to bite YOU, but misses! [Tue Dec 10 09:01:25 2019] A sylvan bat told you, 'I am unable to wake a black wolf, Master.'

Very basic fix: https://github.com/EQEmu/Server/commit/4e6018e3e889a6579ef4f793392e9c8202472e6f

Will leave this open until behavior is finalized.
