Starting in tutoriala should create an instance

When you start in tutorial on live you get put into an instance we do not have implemented. This does need some sort of automatic handling of instance creation most likely. We could add a rule that turns off this behavior if undesired.

This instance on live does not survive you leaving. Camping won't let you log back into it. I haven't tested crashes etc, but I assume the same. If you camp, you end up in tutorialb.
